Our personal support services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each participant. We offer comprehensive assistance to foster independence, provide community integration and utilize individually designed services to help people with disabilities live independently and engage in their community. 

CDS focuses on helping  individuals develop and maintain skills via community engagement and  active participation within diverse community settings. 

Community Development Services is provided in a variety of community settings to promote opportunities for independence and inclusion. 

Our supported living services aim to create a home environment where individuals can thrive while receiving the necessary support to lead fulfilling lives within their communities. 

Supported Living Services enable the individual to live in a home of his or her choosing, choice of location and roommates if desired. 

We understand the importance of providing a supportive and nurturing environment for adults with special needs. Our Adult Residential Services offer a comforting and inclusive home setting where individuals can thrive.  We aim to create a home where residents feel valued, respected, and empowered to lead fulfilling lives. 

Our nursing support services ensure that individuals receive specialized care and medical attention as needed.  The services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals according to the Person Centered Plan.  

We provide short temporary relief for caregivers through respite care services. The goal is to allow caregivers to recharge while confident that their loved one is in good hands.  

 Respite care is provided at planned intervals, in a time of crisis, or on an as-needed basis.
